Refund and Returns Policy

At Adore Henna, we want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, whether your product is defective or non-defective.

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging, labels, and invoices intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery by contacting our support team (details below).
  • We accept returns in the following cases:
    • You are not satisfied with your purchase (non-defective returns accepted).
    • You received a damaged, defective, tampered, expired, or wrong product.
  • After approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner (where available).

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (except COD orders).
  • If replacement is possible, you may choose a free replacement instead of a refund.

Exclusions:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
  • Issues arising from courier delays or incorrect address information at checkout are not covered.
