Shipping Policy

At Adore Henna, we ensure that your orders are processed and delivered smoothly across India. Our shipping services are managed through Shiprocket, which allows you to track your order in real time and stay updated on its journey.

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment directly through the Shiprocket tracking system.

Delivery timelines generally range between 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code and courier partner availability. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Our packaging is designed to keep your products safe, hygienic, and tamper-proof. Every pack of Adore Henna is shipped with full compliance under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and the Cosmetics Rules, 2020, including details of manufacturer, marketer, batch number, expiry date, net quantity, and usage instructions.

In the rare case that a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal at the destination, the order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
